Property owners across the country are leveraging rebate and incentive programs to offset the costs of EV charger installations, making them far more attainable than many owners realize. Seattle City Light’s Multifamily EV Charging Program is helping multifamily properties bring stations to their residents at a fraction of the usual cost. What You Need to Know
Application Requirements:
- The property must be located within Seattle City Light’s service area
- The project must be a multifamily building with at least 5 units
- Property owners must begin the EV Charging Incentive application process before charging projects have been constructed
- Stations must be installed on private property
Max Incentive Award Available for Each Applicant:
- Up to $50,000 per project
- Site caps apply on a calendar year basis and reset every year
