Cole leads the company’s vision, guides its growth, and drives innovation. Most recently, Cole completed 15 years at Comcast where he held roles including Chief Operating Officer (Deep Blue Communications), VP of Product Strategy & Innovation, and VP of Xfinity Wi-Fi. Cole holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson and a B.S. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Tom leads Chargie’s Business and Operations teams, driving execution of the company’s growth strategy. Previously, he spent more than 13 years at Boingo Wireless, where he served as SVP of Operations and a named Section 16 executive. During his tenure, he helped lead the company through its 2011 IPO and ultimately to its successful $850 million acquisition in 2021. Tom has also held executive leadership roles at EarthLink, DIRECTV, and several successful pay TV and broadband startups serving the commercial and multifamily markets. He holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.S. from San Diego State University.
Zach leads Chargie's vision for intelligent energy management and deeper utility integration. With leadership experience in renewable energy and real estate, he has brought next-generation solutions to properties around the country. Prior to Chargie, Zach served as SVP of Operations at PCS Energy, where he led the team to become the largest installer of commercial solar systems in Los Angeles. He holds a B.S. from the University of San Diego.
Scot oversees Chargie’s engineering, networking, IT, and security efforts as well as its 24/7 Network Operations Center, with a focus on delivering reliable, best-in-class service. Prior to Chargie, he served as Amazon Ring’s Head of Global Service Operations and held leadership roles at Boingo Wireless and EarthLink. Scot holds a B.S. from California State University – Fullerton.
Danilo oversees growth within major markets, ensuring that projects are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. Prior to joining Chargie, he served as the Director of Partner and Customer Experience at PCS Energy, leading customer engagement and service strategies. Danilo holds a B.S. from California State University – East Bay.
Tracy leads product development and management efforts and oversees Chargie’s end-user experience. She previously held senior product design and development roles with consumer, healthcare, and media companies, including Boingo Wireless, Juice Pharma Worldwide and Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia. Tracy holds a B.S. from Northwestern University.
Ryan leads the teams responsible for site feasibility, utility coordination, construction, equipment installation, commissioning, and final client handoff. He also serves as General Manager of Chargie’s partnership with the Los Angeles Department of Water & Power (LADWP). Prior to joining Chargie, Ryan served as the VP of Business Operations and Program Management at PCS Energy. He holds a B.S. from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts – Amherst.
Robyn oversees Chargie’s marketing, branding, communications efforts, bringing the Chargie story to businesses and drivers around the country. Previously, she led B2B and B2C marketing teams at global technology and consumer products companies including Boingo Wireless, Ram Board, Quad, and the Interactive Advertising Bureau. Robyn holds a B.S. from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
Paul is a pioneer in the telecommunications, real estate, and clean energy industries. He founded several businesses including Public Communications Services, Inc., PCS Development, and PCS Energy. As an advocate for education and sustainability, Paul sits on the board of trustees for Park Century School in Culver City and supports many organizations through the Jennings Family Foundation. He holds a B.S. from California State University – Northridge (CSUN). In 2022, CSUN awarded him an honorary Doctor of Human Letters.
