Zach leads the company’s vision, guides its growth and drives innovation. With leadership experience in renewable energy and real estate, he has brought next-generation solutions to properties around the country. Prior to Chargie, Zach served as SVP of Operations at PCS Energy, where he led the team to become the largest installer of commercial solar systems in Los Angeles. He holds a B.S. from the University of San Diego.
Tom owns Chargie’s Business and Operating plans in support of the company’s overall growth. Previously, Tom held Executive and Senior leadership roles at Boingo Wireless, EarthLink, DIRECTV, and several successful pay TV and broadband startups in the multifamily industry. He holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson and a B.S. from San Diego State University.
Cole is responsible for fast-tracking Chargie’s growth into new regions and key verticals and implementing long-term strategic partnerships. Most recently, Cole completed 15 years at Comcast where he held roles including Chief Operating Officer (Deep Blue Communications), VP of Product Strategy & Innovation, and VP of Xfinity Wi-Fi. Cole holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson and a B.S. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Chris is responsible for delivering products and services that drive innovation and growth for real estate owners, managers and investors. Before joining Chargie, he served as Director of Business Development at Boingo Wireless. He also held leadership positions at Verizon, Hughes Communications, rent.com, and was one of the first five employees at DIRECTV. Chris holds a B.S. from the University of San Francisco.
Scot oversees Chargie’s engineering, networking, IT, and security efforts as well as its 24/7 Network Operations Center, with a focus on delivering reliable, best-in-class service. Prior to Chargie, he served as Amazon Ring’s Head of Global Service Operations and held leadership roles at Boingo Wireless and EarthLink. Scot holds a B.S. from California State University – Fullerton.
Teresa oversees all finance and accounting operations, including building financial discipline through timely reporting, strategic planning, and analysis. She started her career with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and held progressive finance roles at Disney and J.D. Power. Prior to Chargie, she served as Chief Financial Officer at NINJIO. Teresa holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. from Loyola Marymount University.
Danilo oversees growth within major markets, ensuring that projects are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. He also serves as General Manager of Chargie’s partnership with Southern California Edison (SCE) and the utility’s $436-million Charge Ready program. Prior to joining Chargie, he served as the Director of Partner and Customer Experience at PCS Energy, leading customer engagement and service strategies. Danilo holds a B.S. from California State University – East Bay.
Ryan leads the teams responsible for site feasibility, utility coordination, construction, equipment installation, commissioning, and final client handoff. He also serves as General Manager of Chargie’s partnership with the Los Angeles Department of Water & Power (LADWP). Prior to joining Chargie, Ryan served as the VP of Business Operations and Program Management at PCS Energy. He holds a B.S. from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts – Amherst.
Tracy leads product development and management efforts and oversees Chargie’s end-user experience. She previously held senior product design and development roles with consumer, healthcare, and media companies, including Boingo Wireless, Juice Pharma Worldwide and Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia. Tracy holds a B.S. from Northwestern University.
Robyn oversees Chargie’s marketing, branding, communications efforts, bringing the Chargie story to businesses and drivers around the country. Previously, she led B2B and B2C marketing teams at global technology and consumer products companies including Boingo Wireless, Ram Board, Quad, and the Interactive Advertising Bureau. Robyn holds a B.S. from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
Paul is a pioneer in the telecommunications, real estate, and clean energy industries. He founded several businesses including Public Communications Services, Inc., PCS Development, and PCS Energy. As an advocate for education and sustainability, Paul sits on the board of trustees for Park Century School in Culver City and supports many organizations through the Jennings Family Foundation. He holds a B.S. from California State University – Northridge (CSUN). In 2022, CSUN awarded him an honorary Doctor of Human Letters.
