Background on The Program
CALeVIP has announced two upcoming funding windows for its Fast Charge California Project (FCCP), a statewide incentive program designed to accelerate the deployment of Level 3 (DC fast) chargers across California. Together, the funding windows will provide over $55 million to help offset the cost of purchasing and installing publicly accessible fast chargers.
Window 2, the first of the two funding rounds, will open October 7, 2026, and close January 14, 2027. Funding will prioritize ready-to-build projects, so preparing your application and property in advance can help maximize your chance of securing funds. Learn if your project qualifies below.
