Project Information
With EV adoption on the rise, multifamily properties have a unique opportunity to meet growing demand while supporting tenants’ needs. Greystar partnered with Chargie to bring EV charging to several of their sites, including The Row at Red Hill, one of the largest EV installation projects in the area.
Following a comprehensive site evaluation and design process, Chargie’s team secured funding through the SCE New Construction Rebate Program to install 245 Level 2 charging stations at no cost to the property, saving hundreds of thousands of dollars in hardware, infrastructure, and installation costs. Chargie now provides ongoing management, maintenance, and 24/7 customer support for the property, ensuring stations remain functional for tenants, staff, and visitors.
