Project Information
As EV adoption continues to grow and residents increasingly expect reliable charging access, Ginder Development partnered with Chargie to add EV charging as an important property amenity. By utilizing Southern California Edison’s Charge Ready rebate program, Chargie designed and installed 99 Level 2 charging stations at no cost to the client, saving the property hundreds of thousands of dollars in hardware, infrastructure, and installation costs.
Chargie now manages nearly 200 EV charging stations across two Ginder Development sites, providing turnkey services including network operations and monitoring, 24/7 customer support, and ongoing system maintenance and repair.
