As EV adoption continues to rise across Los Angeles, EV charging is increasingly becoming an important amenity for mixed-use properties. Bankhouse LLC partnered with Chargie to install 40 Level 2 EV chargers through LADWP’s Commercial EV Charger Rebate Program.
With Chargie’s help, the property got 100% of the project costs covered by rebate funding, making the entire process simple and affordable. The newly installed, competitively priced EV chargers now attract residential and commercial drivers, expanding reliable EV charging access where drivers need it most.
