What are the different types of EV chargers?

  1. Level 1 stations use a standard wall outlet (120V) and offer about 3-8 miles of charge per hour.
  2. Level 2 stations use a higher voltage (240V) and offer about 15-30 miles of charge per hour.
  3. Level 3 (DCFC) stations use a specialized high-voltage connection and offer the fastest charging speeds that can completely charge most EVs in under an hour.
