What if I no longer want to carry an account balance?

Account balances are entirely optional. If you’re an existing customer and currently have a balance, follow these steps to disable auto-reload and drain your remaining balance.

1. Navigate to the “Profile” section in the Chargie app
2. Select “Payment”
3. Disable the “Autoreload” toggle

Your remaining account balance will be used before charging the payment method on file.
